Cancellations/Missed Appointment Policy
Hair With Attitude is a boutique, professional and friendly salon and we have a limited number of appointments available. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional stylist to take care of your needs.
All salon special, colour & cut, formal and wedding party appointments will require a $60 deposit payable over the phone or in salon when an appointment is booked. If no deposit is paid then this appointment cannot be booked and will not be booked, secured and confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
If you don’t show/miss your first appointment or if you don’t cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your original appointment time your $60 deposit will be kept and is non refundable or transferable.
Deposits are transferable to another day or time as long as 24-48 hours notice is given before your original booking. Deposits are also refundable as long as 24-48 hours notice is given before your original booking time.
When you show for your appointment the deposit will be taken off your total bill. We have found that the deposit policy is the best way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs and prices down for our wonderful clients.
This deposit will secure and guarantee your appointment. We hope you all understand this policy for as it makes the salon and your visit much smoother and a happier place for everyone
We will always confirm your appointment 24-48 hours beforehand but please advise us if possible up to 48 hours prior to you appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
