Cancellations/Missed Appointment Policy
Hair With Attitude is a boutique, professional and friendly salon and we have a limited number of appointments available. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional stylist to take care of your needs.
If you don’t show, miss your first appointment or cancel within 24hrs of your appointment a $50 deposit will be required to lock in your next appointment. This deposit will be taken off your total bill when you show for your appointment. If you still fail to show, miss your appointment or cancel within 24hrs of your original appointment time you will forfeit your $50. We have found that the deposit policy is the best way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs and prices down for our wonderful clients.
Please note we are requiring $50 deposits to be paid when booking appointments for December as we are crazy busy and filling up quickly. This deposit will secure and guarantee your appointment and come off your total price on the day of your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment or reschedule/cancel your appointment 24hrs before your original appointment time then your deposit will be non refundable and forfeited. We hope you all understand this policy for our December clients as it makes the salon and your visit much smoother and a happier place for everyone
We will always confirm your appointment 24 hours beforehand but please advise us up to 48 hours prior to you appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
