For your convenience, the salon is equipped with WIFI and an assortment of refreshments upon request. Please help us ensure our clients enjoy the best experience by following these guidelines:
Hair With Attitude will not release any personal information obtained inside the salon to any outside parties. Phone numbers are used strictly for appointment confirmation or changes.
To ensure the promptness of all appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 10 minutes or later to another convenient time.
Any cancellation or appointment changes must be made at least one/two business days in advance. This allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. All cancellations made inside of the 24hr window will carry a $70.00 cancellation fee to be charged for that booking.
Please help us to maintain a relaxing environment by turning your phone to SILENT/LOW VOLUME after entering the salon.
While we do everything possible to accommodate the needs of our clients, we are not able to offer child care during appointments. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers at Hair With Attitude. Most drawers contain sharp objects that could be potently dangerous to unsuspecting children. We would like to request children not receiving services remain on the front waiting lounge.
Hair With Attitude accepts Visa, Mastercard and cash for payment of services and products. AfterPay and ZipPay are also available.
Hair With Attitude proudly stands behind all products we carry. Should you find dissatisfaction with any product purchased at Hair With Attitude, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice within 7 days as long as the product has not been heavily used.
Hair dressing is a form of artistic impression. We at Hair With Attitude celebrate the creativity and individuality of our stylists. They are committed to their art as well as serving you. If you are dissatisfied with one of our stylists please feel free to inform us before your service is finished this gives us the opportunity to work through it with you or rebook you to resolve the matter. It may be something simple that can be remedied easily by the same stylist or you may find a better fit with one of other stylists. Either way, we want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Our team encourages you to try a service with whomever you like. Believe it or not, it helps stimulate creativity within our environment. Please remember we can not get better without your feedback.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we do not offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. Gift certificates or gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and all sales are final.

Complimentary consultations may be scheduled – we encourage all clients to solicit an accurate price quote from your stylist before having a service performed. We want you to feel comfortable with the pricing so you can relax and enjoy your service.
